The Heinemann Resource Support Team is here to help educators who are looking to purchase Heinemann Curricular or Intervention Resources but do not have the funding available to do so. Our new Grant Assistance portal provides the support you need to apply for grants. Click here to visit. This post takes a look at a number of grants with upcoming application deadlines.
From the web site: The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation affirms its founder's vision of a world in which each of us is in partnership with the rest of the human race — where each individual's quality of life is connected to the well-being of the community, both locally and globally. We pursue this vision through creative grantmaking, thoughtful communication and other activities that enhance community in its many forms. The same vision of shared learning shapes our internal culture as we strive to maintain an ethic of respect, integrity and responsibility. The Foundation seeks to strengthen, in people and their organizations, what Mr. Mott called "the capacity for accomplishment."
Foundation mission: To support efforts that promote a just, equitable and sustainable society.
The majority of our grants are between $15,000 and $250,000 annually.
Proposals should be submitted to the Foundation at least four months before the start of the proposed grant period. Please visit the web site.
From its web site: The Clark Fund, founded in 1946 by Mary Chichester duPont Clark, invites grant applicants from anywhere within the boundaries of the United States. It devotes particular emphasis to programs concerned with the environment, education, health care and social services and to which the Foundation’s giving will play a pivotal role.
The Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant proposals. All organizations seeking to submit a grant proposal must first submit an electronic Letter of Inquiry (LOI) by August 1st, directed to:
