Introducing Teaching Unscripted!
We know how much careful planning and preparation goes into each day of classroom teaching, and what a difference it makes for students. And we know that inevitably, there are myriad situations that come up throughout the course of a school day that require educators to switch gears on a dime to respond to the needs of the individual students in front of them.
This back-to-school season, we’re relaunching the Heinemann blog, podcast, and newsletter as Teaching Unscripted, with a renewed focus on delivering high-quality professional development content in smaller bite-sized formats to give teachers the resources and tools they need for those unscripted moments in the classroom.
The updated platforms will deliver quick, grab-and-go tools to help strengthen and build teacher expertise allowing educators to feel supported in making in-the-moment classroom decisions and responding to individual student needs. We’ll be offering shortened podcasts focused on classroom problems of practice, email newsletters with actionable tips, and timely blog content from the network of professional book authors, educators and thought leaders that make up the Heinemann community.
